Royal Life Saving Awards
Woronora Life Saving Club is affiliated with the Royal Life Saving Society NSW and offers training and examination of Royal Life Saving Awards. Members have the opportunity to learn water safety and lifesaving skills, resuscitation and rescue techniques. Members may obtain Swim and Survive Active Awards levels 1 to 7, Rescue Awards, Bronze Star and Resuscitation Awards. Members over the age of 14 years are eligible to gain their Bronze Medallion. Other awards that can be obtained are Junior Instructor and Instructor certificates, Oxygen resuscitation, Bronze Cross and Award of Merit.
Royal Life Saving Award training will take place during the season, notification of practice and examination will be made throughout the season.
